Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm lead times, pricing, and order status.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across warehouse and project sites.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Assist with sourcing and procurement of materials based on project and production needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, shipments, and stock levels.
  • Support the operations team with supply chain reporting and documentation.
  • Resolve supply issues or delays in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with customs clearance and freight logistics when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in the supply chain workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory and order management systems.
  • Experience working with vendors, shipping providers, and customs processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP software is an asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in the electrical or industrial sector is a plus.

Pay:

  • $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
