Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our team as Quotation Specialist. This role focuses on reviewing and preparing critical technical documentation, prepare competitive quotes, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze RFQ (Request for Quotation) documents and other technical materials to understand customer requirements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and aligned with project specifications.
  • Address customer inquiries, clarify requirements, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including the technical department, to ensure customer needs are accurately translated into deliverables.
  • Preparing precise and competitive quotes and bid packages based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare and manage technical documents, ensuring compliance with customer requests and industry standards.
  • Maintain organized records of customer communications, technical documents, and updates to support seamless project workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of industry standard and technical specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
