Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Account Executive. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing long-term client relationships and supporting sustained revenue growth across Ontario.

This is a fully remote position based in Ontario, Canada. The successful candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada and reside in Ontario.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities through various channels, including website, social media, and outreach via phone calls.
  • Target and acquire potential customers to expand our market presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer needs, introduce products, provide effective solutions, and provide accurate price quotations.
  • Negotiate terms with customers to ensure successful order fulfillment.
  • Oversee and follow up on the delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as required.
  • Contribute to business planning, sales forecasting, and marketing initiatives to support overall company growth.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in electrical engineering or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the power industry (generators, transformers, switchgear, etc.) is required.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales or account management, preferably involving technical or industrial products.
  • Proven ability to develop new business, manage sales pipelines, and close deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Willingness to travel primarily within Ontario, with occasional travel to other Canadian provinces for key customer visits and industry events.

Compensation Options:

  • Base salary + commission (starting from $60,000 per year)
  • Commission-only plan (structure to be discussed with qualified candidates)
