Scope of Testing Services:
- Testing of Transformer in Utilities Substations.
- Testing of MV Bus Duct to incoming Main Breaker.
- Testing of Transformer devices/contacts.
Maintenance Testing Procedure:
- All tests were performed during a scheduled shutdown with grounds applied to working area.
- Lock out and Tag out procedures.
- Testing performed in accordance with NETA industry standards.
- All equipment was reconnected and bolts torqued to specification.
Transformer Testing:
- Insulation Resistance.
- Winding Resistance.
- Turns Ratio.
- Capacitance Bridge and Dissipation Factor.
- Sweep Frequency Response Analysis
- Transformer instrument functional test.
- Visual Inspection.
