Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Office Assistant. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both warehouse operations and office administration. This hybrid position involves physical warehouse duties, including inventory management and order processing, as well as office tasks such as purchasing, pickups, and documentation. Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical tasks in the warehouse, including organizing inventory, packing, and handling shipments.
  • Assist with purchasing supplies and managing inventory levels.
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries of products.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for inventory, purchases, and shipments.
  • Support office tasks such as filing, data entry, and basic administrative duties.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization according to safety standards.
  • Assist with preparing and processing orders for distribution.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations between the warehouse and office.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks, including lifting boxes and organizing inventory.
  • Basic experience with document and record management.
  • Proficient in using office tools such as Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • Ability to handle purchasing and coordinate product pickups efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proactive, organized, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid environment (office and warehouse).

    Note:
    This hybrid role combines physical warehouse duties with basic office support, including purchasing, pickups, and simple documentation tasks.
