Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Office Assistant. This permanent, full-time position combines both physical warehouse duties and administrative office support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations in both areas. Responsibilities include manual warehouse work such as cleaning, basic maintenance, and minor repairs, as well as administrative tasks such as inventory management, order processing, purchasing, pickups, and documentation. Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical tasks in the warehouse, including organizing inventory, packing, and handling shipments.
  • Assist with purchasing supplies and managing inventory levels.
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries of products.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for inventory, purchases, and shipments.
  • Support office tasks such as filing, data entry, and basic administrative duties.
  • Assist with preparing and processing orders for distribution.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization according to safety standards.
  • Perform regular cleaning, general upkeep, and basic maintenance, including minor repairs, of warehouse and office facilities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations between the warehouse and office.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks, including lifting boxes, organizing inventory, and performing cleaning duties.
  • Basic experience with document and record management.
  • Proficient in using office tools such as Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • Ability to handle purchasing and coordinate product pickups efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proactive, organized, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid environment (office and warehouse)

This hybrid role combines physical warehouse duties with basic office support, including purchasing, pickups, and simple documentation tasks.
