with the development, tracking, and maintenance of project timelines and schedules.<\/li><li>Support communication and coordination between departments, including production, engineering, logistics, and sales.<\/li><li>Help with planning activities, scheduling tasks, and tracking project milestones.<\/li><li>Monitor project progress and assist with preparing status updates and reports.<\/li><li>Support identification of potential risks or delays and escalate issues as needed.<\/li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.<\/li><li>Assist project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.<\/li><li>Manage international shipping processes, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams.<\/li><li>Ability to follow established processes, track tasks, and support project managers with scheduling and documentation.<\/li><li>High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.<\/li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li><li>Previous experience in a project support or coordination role is an asset but not
