This is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">senior-level<\/span> role responsible for representing the CEO and CFO in Winnipeg when they are away, providing operational leadership and ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.<\/p><p><\/p><p>The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, coordinating across departments, supporting decision-making, and ensuring continuity of management across the organization. This position requires broad operational knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional responsibilities.
