TFM-2LH Mixers Mini-Circuits Labs Small Size 2-2000 MHz NOS
This is a SMALL mixer of the vintage of SRA-1 & SBL-1 but looks like it was shrunk down! Model TFM-2-LH, really small, & has enhanced frequency performance. Conversion loss is 5.5 dB in mid band, worst case ~8.5 dB over range of 2 to 2000 MHz at high end, 10 dBm LO drive, IF is 2-2000 MHz. These are adaptations of the standard 1 GHz TFM-2, made to work at +10 dBM LO drive (RF up to +5 dBm (!) stated in data sheet), to a higher frequency range. Will do 1296 MHz, 1420 MHz, GPS, Inmarsat, etc. no problem. New old stock, you get 1 piece. Please see my other items for more RF goodies and weird stuff.
