Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team to support daily financial operations and ensure accuracy across accounting processes. This role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and supporting compliance and reporting activities. Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and bookkeeping
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
  • Administer payroll processing and employee benefits coordination
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and assist with tax preparation
  • Review and process internal approval forms and attendance records
  • Support financial reporting and assist with analysis as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in Canada.
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • CPA (or working toward designation) preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively
  • Mandarin language skills considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

 Pay: From $60,000 per year, based on experience
